电子竞技选手赛前心理状态的影响因素及其对策

Affecting Factors and Countermeasures of Pre Competition Psychological State of E-Sports Players

21世纪以来,随着电子信息化技术的进步,电子竞技在新时代里取得了前所未有的快速发展。电子竞技相关话题越来越受到大众的关注与追捧,这使得电子竞技赛事在体育赛事中的影响力逐步提升。然而,电子竞技赛事的精彩程度受电子竞技选手于赛场展现出的竞技状态影响,且其赛前心理状态的好坏又在很大程度上直接影响竞技表现。该文运用文献资料法,从外在与内在角度分析了影响电子竞技选手赛前心理状态的主要因素,并提出了相应的改善方案,为促进电子竞技选手在赛前形成较好心理状态提供参考。

Since the 21st century,with the progress of electronic information technology,e-sports has achieved unprecedented rapid development in the new era.E-sports related topics are more and more concerned and sought after by the public,which makes e-sports events gradually improve their influence in sports events.However,the excellence of e-sports events is affected by the competitive state of e-sports players on the field,and their pre competition psychological state directly affects the competitive performance to a great extent.Using the method of literature,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the pre competition psychological state of e-sports players from the external and internal angles,and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme,so as to provide reference for promoting the formation of better psychological state of e-sports players before the competition.
