摘要
当代大学生的身心健康是人们一直关注的重点,我国高职院校除了培养大学生成为有知识的人才外,还要关心大学生在校期间的身心健康状况。对此,很多高校采取鼓励大学生开展各种运动的方法,以提高大学生身体素质和心理健康水平。其中,我国优秀的民族传统体育项目——龙舟,开始从民间走进大学校园,并迅速成为大学校园中深受学生喜欢的体育项目。大学生在划龙舟的过程中得到了身体与心理上的锻炼,对促进自身的心理健康有着很大的帮助。该文以常州工程职业技术学院为例,重点研究了龙舟锻炼对大学生心理健康产生的有利影响,以更好地推广高校龙舟运动。
The physical and mental health of contemporary college students has always been the focus of attention.In addition to training college students to become knowledgeable talents,higher vocational colleges should also pay attention to the physical and mental health of college students.In this regard,many colleges and universities take measures to encourage college students to carry out various sports to improve the physical quality and mental health level of college students.Among them,China's excellent national traditional sports project in dragon boat,began to enter the university campus from the folk,and quickly become a popular sports project among students in the university campus.College students get physical and psychological exercise in the process of dragon boat rowing,which is of great help to promote their own mental health.Taking Changzhou Vocatilonal Institute of Engineering as an example,this paper focuses on the beneficial effects of dragon boat exercise on the physical and mental health of college students,so as to better promote dragon boat sports in colleges and universities.
