摘要
开展幼儿教育需要基于幼儿的身心发展规律,需要选择科学的保教方法,需要构建利于幼儿成长的环境。为促进幼儿身心健康的发展,幼儿体适能概念被提出,并在幼儿体育课程构建中得到了有效应用。该文围绕高校体育教育专业幼儿体适能课程建设问题,从构建理念、构建目标、构建原则、内容构建及评价构建等方面进行了论述。
Preschool education needs to follow the law of children's physical and mental development,adhere to scientific education methods,and ensure children's growth in a healthy and happy environment.In order to promote the development of children's physical and mental health,the concept of children's physical fitness has been put forward and effectively applied in the construction of children's physical education curriculum.Focusing on the construction of physical fitness curriculum for children majoring in Physical Education in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the construction concept,construction goal,construction principle,content construction and evaluation construction.
