马术运动辅助干预自闭症谱系障碍儿童的疗效及应用研究

Research on the Efficacy and Application of Equestrian Assisted Intervention in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

为探索马术运动辅助干预(EAI)在自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童中的治疗效果。通过选取确诊为ASD且进行EAI辅助干预的30例儿童纳入研究,随机将患儿分为实验组和对照组,两组患儿均在ASD康复中心同步进行常规教育康复治疗,实验组患儿将额外进行马术运动训练课程。通过ATEC量表、SRS量表及CPGMFQ量表对两组患儿的认知能力、社交能力及大运动功能进行评估,对评估前后两组患儿的评分数据进行统计学分析。实验证明,EAI动物辅助干预措施能够有效、系统地改善ASD患儿临床症状,大幅度提高ASD患儿认知能力、社交能力和运动功能。

To explore the therapeutic effect of equestrian assisted intervention(EAI)in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).By selecting 30 children diagnosed with ASD who received EAI into the study,the children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups received routine education and rehabilitation treatment in the ASD rehabilitation center at the same time,and the experimental control group received additional equestrian sports training courses.ATEC scale,SRS scale and CP-GMFQ scale were used to evaluate the cognitive ability,social ability and gross motor function of the two groups,and the score data of the two groups before and after the evaluation were statistically analyzed.Experiments have proved that EAI animal-assisted interventions can systematically improve the clinical symptoms of children with ASD and significantly improve the cognitive ability,social ability and motor function of children with ASD.
