Festival performances in western Guangdong have a great impact on the spread of national traditional sports.As an important part of the festival,traditional sports performances can not only increase the traditional charm of folk festivals,but also help to better inherit the local national traditional sports projects while strengthening their physical fitness.This paper analyzes the festival performances in western Guangdong,and puts forward a personal view on the national traditional sports in the festival performances in western Guangdong according to the actual situation,hoping to bring reference to the people who pay attention to the festival performances and the dissemination of national traditional sports activities in western Guangdong.
