摘要
面对新冠疫情突然暴发,我国教育部门鼓励教师利用互联网等现代化的手段开展教学,保证教学有序开展。然而目前我国体育网络教学的开展还处于发展的阶段,存在着许多限制性因素,教师的胜任水平也有待提升。因此,该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,发现体育教师对于网络教学的观念有待转变,信息素养有待提升;体育网络教学平台建设和网络教学的评价体系建设不够完善等问题。并提出了加强体育教师网络教学的培训力度,制定科学的评价与激励体系;提高对于网络教学平台建设的重视程度与投入;结合体育教学的实际特点,建立科学合理的网络教学评价体系的优化策略。旨在为今后我国体育教师开展网络教学提供帮助。
Faced with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,China's education authorities are encouraging teachers to use modern means such as the Internet to carry out teaching,so as to ensure the orderly development of teaching.However,the development of sports network teaching in China is still in the developing stage,there are many restrictive factors,and the competency level of teachers needs to be improved.Therefore,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper finds that physical education teachers'concept of network teaching needs to be changed and their information literacy needs to be improved;The construction of sports network teaching platform and the evaluation system of network teaching are not perfect.It also puts forward to strengthen the training of physical education teachers'network teaching and formulate a scientific evaluation and incentive system;Improve the attention and investment in the construction of network teaching platform;Combined with the actual characteristics of physical education,this paper establishes a scientific and reasonable optimization strategy of network teaching evaluation system.The purpose is to provide help for physical education teachers in China to carry out network teaching in the future.
