控制电磁炉的IGBT准谐振电路的拓扑研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决传统电磁炉热效率低、可靠性差的缺点,笔者采用全新的控制方案,其特点有两个:把传统的交流侧"恒流"控制改为直流侧"定脉宽调压"控制,避免了浪涌电压击穿电力电子器件的可能性;用软开关电路使电力电子器件工作在零电流和零电压开关状态,大大减少开关损耗,提高了整机效率.经一年的连续运转证明该机十分可靠,其热效率较高,优于传统电磁炉. Induction cooker is a kind of new cooker, but as for traditional induction cooker, the thermal efficiency and the reliability are very low. In this paper, a new control way is presented in order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional induction. It has two characteristics:First, the traditional 'invariable current' in the AC is changed to 'invariable width of impulse and tuning the voltage' in the DC, so the possibility of the breakdown of power electrics device by the surge voltage is avoided. Second, the power electronic devices work on the zero voltage and zero current sate by applying soft switching circuit, so the power loss is reduced greatly and the efficiency is increased. The prototype is very reliable by the experiment of one year, and its thermal efficiency is higher than the traditional induction cooker. 
