海南中考体育项目设置改革研究

Research on the Setting of Physical Education Exam Items of Senior High School Entrance Examination in Hainan Province

为探究体育考试改革方案和设置体育考试项目的科学性,对当前海南省中考体育考试项目进行研究,发现存在考试项目技术门槛低,对提升青少年体质持续性效果差;不利于运动技能的形成,不能充分反映学生的努力程度;考试项目设置存在内容单一化倾向严重,考试内容与课程目标不匹配等问题。基于此,海南省中考体育考试改革的思路有:其一,考试项目设置需体现公平、公正、合理,增加必考项目,增设选考项目;内容对标运动技能类项目或是身体素质+运动技能类项目;其二,考试项目内容的设置要结合该地区的传统特色项目,增加游泳、排球、足球、篮球、竹竿舞等考试内容的选择性。

In order to explore the scientific nature of the reform plan of physical examination and the establishment of physical examination items,this paper studies the current physical examination items of middle school entrance examination in Hainan Province.It is found that the technical threshold of examination items is low,its effect on improving the sustainability of teenagers'physique is poor;It is not conducive to the formation of sports skills and can not fully reflect the degree of students'efforts;There are some problems in the setting of examination items,such as serious tendency of simplification of content,mismatch between examination content and curriculum objectives and so on.Based on this,there are two ideas for the reform of physical education examination in Hainan middle school entrance examination.First,the setting of examination items should reflect fairness,justice and rationality,add required examination contents and new elective examination contents;The content is based on sports skills or physical fitness+sports skills.Second,the content of examination items should be set in combination with the traditional characteristics of the region,and the selectivity of examination contents such as swimming,volleyball,football,basketball and bamboo pole dance should be increased.
