高职院校体育新课程体系下动态分层教学探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着教育改革事业的不断发展,目前传统教育模式的弊端逐渐显现出来,新的教育理念研究势在必行。教育的主体虽是学生,但不同的学生有着不同的优势,每一个人的生活环境和接受的家庭教育都不同,因此每个学生都有着差异。传统的教育模式无法针对学生的差异性进行不同的教育。动态分层教学模式就可以很好地解决这个问题,对存在差异的学生进行基本的分层教学,让不同阶段的学生接受到有利于自己成长的教育,真正做到因材施教。 With the continuous development of educational reform,the disadvantages of the current traditional educational model are gradually emerging,and the research on new educational ideas is imperative.Although the main body of education is students,different students have different advantages.Everyone's living environment and family education are different,so each student is different.The traditional education model can not carry out different education according to the differences of students.The dynamic hierarchical teaching mode can well solve this problem,carry out basic layered teaching for students with differences,let students at different stages receive education conducive to their own growth,and truly teach students according to their aptitude.
