体教融合背景下高职院校公共体育课、训、社一体化策略探析

Research on the Integration Strategy of Course,Training and Society of Public Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Sports Education Integration

随着教学改革的不断深入,德智体美劳全面发展的综合人才培养成为高校人才培养的目标。为了提高学生综合素质,体育教育成为学校教育必不可少的一部分。面对当下学生体质下降、公共体育开展没有质量等问题,高职院校不断进行探索,希望能够进行有效的教学改革,更好地提高学生的身体素质,优化公共体育教学质量,使学生能够拥有健康的身体,更好地面对未来的社会发展,提升核心竞争力。因此,该研究对体教融合背景下高职院校公共体育“课、训、社”一体化策略进行深入探析,摸索出真正帮助学生科学锻炼的方法,更好地提升身体素养,从而解决公共体育开展质量不高的问题。

With the deepening of teaching reform,the comprehensive talent training with the all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,art and labor has become the goal of talent training in colleges and universities.In order to improve students'comprehensive quality,physical education has become an indispensable part of school education.Facing the current decline of students'physique and the lack of quality in the development of public sports,higher vocational colleges continue to explore,hoping to carry out effective teaching reform,better improve students'physical quality,optimize the quality of public sports teaching,so that students can have a healthy body,better face the future social development and enhance their core competitiveness.Therefore,this study makes an in-depth analysis on the integration strategy of"course,training and society"of Public Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the integration of physical education and education,and explores the methods to really help students exercise scientifically,so as to better improve their physical quality,so as to solve the problem of low quality of public physical education.
