摘要 杨树细菌性溃疡病是近年来新发现林木的毁灭性生物灾害,危害严重,在掌握其发生发展规律的基础上,将前期室内药剂筛选研究结果与林间媒介昆虫的防治相结合进行了林间药剂防治实验.结果表明,杀菌剂混加杀虫剂以宁南霉素﹢毒死蜱100倍液防治效果最好,达到78.3%;其次是多病宁﹢毒死蜱100倍液,防治效果达73.6%.营林措施表明,杨树泡桐混交林的发病株率为0.24%,杨树纯林的发病株率为0.36%,两者之间无显著差异,而对照区发病株率达6.43%.控制该病的发生蔓延,应集成以快速检测预警技术、抗病树种选择、栽植模式构建和生物源农药喷施等综合防控技术体系,组装配套各种行之有效的防控措施. Bacterial canker of poplars is a newly discovered destructive biological disaster in recent years.On the basis of mastering the law of its occurrence and development,this paper combines the results of previous indoor pesticide screening with the control of vector insects in the forest.The results showed that among the fungicide mixture plus insecticides,the control effect of 100 fold liquor of Ningnanamycin plus Chlorpyrifos is the best,reaching 78.3%,followed by 100 times liquor of Doxinine plus Chlorpyrifos,the control effect reached 73.6%.The forest management measures show that the incidence rate of poplars and paulownias mixed forest is 0.24%,and that of pure poplar forest is 0.36%.There is no significant difference between them,while the incidence rate of control area is 6.43%.To control the occurrence and spread of the disease,we should integrate comprehensive prevention and control technology systems such as rapid detection and early warning technology,selection of disease resistant tree species,construction of planting mode and spraying of biogenic pesticides,and assemble various effective prevention and control measures.
