Physics is one of the important cultural basic courses of Physical Education Specialty.Taking measures such as improving the level of teachers,reforming teaching methods and strengthening the effective connection between theoretical knowledge and physical training,the reform and exploration of physical education teaching has improved the teaching quality and achieved good teaching results.It has also improved the level of professional training and achieved twice the result with half the effort.
