提升本科教育水平与人才培养能力的路径

摘要 坚持“以本为本”,推进“四个回归”,是建设高水平本科教育的基石。“怎样培养人”是高校提升本科教育水平与人才培养能力必须回答的问题。从五个方面阐述了推进高水平本科教育教学的思路与举措:如何加强思想政治工作,落实立德树人;如何建设高水平师资队伍,提升教师教书育人能力;如何加强内涵建设,建设高水平本科专业;如何推进人才培养模式改革,培养卓越创新人才;如何建设质量文化,构建教学质量保障体系。通过以上措施,高校本科人才培养水平显著提高,教师的育人能力和学生的学习成效显著增强。 The cornerstone of building high-level undergraduate education is to adhere to the principle of undergraduate oriented and promote the "four regressions"."How to train people" is a subject that must be answered to improve the level of undergraduate education and the ability of personnel training.This paper expounds the ideas and measures to promote the high-level undergraduate education and teaching from five aspects:how to strengthen the ideological and political work and cultivate morality;how to build a high-level teaching team and improve teachers’ teaching and education ability;how to strengthen the connotation construction and build a high-level undergraduate specialty;how to promote the reform of talent training mode and cultivate excellent and innovative talents;how to build quality education system culture,to build a teaching quality assurance system.Though the above measure,the talent training level of colleges and universities has been significantly improved,teachers’ teaching ability and students’ learning results have been significantly enhanced.
