"1 Integration and 3 Separations" to Build a New Pattern of Safe Campus under the Background of Multi-point Running of Colleges and Universities

随着我国经济社会与高等教育的发展,高校多点办学已成为新常态。针对新形势和新需求,结合近3年疫情防控常态化要求,构筑“一体化统筹、分地域覆盖、分领域治理、分时域推进”的“一体三分”安全工作新格局,已成为平安校园建设的新模式。

With the development of China’s economy,society and higher education,multi-point running of colleges and universities has become a new normal.In view of the new situation and new needs,combined with the normalization requirements of epidemic prevention and control in recent three years,we have built a new pattern of "1 integration and 3 separations" security work of " integrated overall planning,regional coverage,domain governance and time domain promotion",and explored a new mode of safe campus construction.
