浅谈如何做好新形势下的飞行观察工作

Preliminary Discussion on How to Do Good Aerial Observation in the New Situations

飞行观察员既是航空护林工作中的一个重要岗位,也是航空应急救援特殊工种之一,其专业技术性强、任务重、压力大、风险高,担负着巡护观察、火场侦察、火场扑救等重要任务。随着科技发展以及森林防灭火形势的变化,要做好飞行观察工作,就要不断锤炼本领、打牢基础、提高业务技能,以适应现代化航空护林工作的需要。本文从飞行观察工作的地位与作用、做好飞行观察三大基本要求、高质量完成飞行观察的三大提升举措等方面论述了新形势下如何做好飞行观察工作,以期对飞行观察员队伍能力与素养的提升起到促进作用。

The aerial observer,an important post in aerial forest protection and a special type of work in aerial emergency rescue,is highly professional and technical,heavily tasked,stressful and highly risky,and is charged with such important tasks as patrol observing,fire-ground scouting and fire fighting and rescue.With the development of science and technology and changing situations of forest fire prevention and control,aerial observers are required to constantly improve their capabilities,get sound basic training and strengthen their professional skills so as to do good aerial observation and meet the needs of modern aerial forest protection.In this paper,an exposition was made on how to do good aerial observation in the new situations from such aspects as the status and role of aerial observation,3 basic requirements for aerial observation and 3 improvement measures for high-quality fulfillment of aerial observation,with the aim of promoting the ability and quality of the aerial observer team.
