肥东县森林督查工作现状及建议

Forest Supervision Actualities in Feidong County and Targeted Suggestions

本文结合肥东县2018年以来的森林督查工作实践,介绍了县级森林督查工作现状,并提出落实目标责任制、推深做实林长制,重点解决退耕还林后续工作,进一步加强县乡两级林业队伍建设,加快推进林草湿数据与国土“三调”数据对接融合工作等建议,旨在为当前森林督查工作提供借鉴,提升全县森林资源保护水平。

In this paper,based on the work practice in forest supervision in Feidong County since 2018,an introduction was made to the forest supervision actualities in the county.Some targeted suggestions were made to provide reference for present forest supervision and further improvement in forest resource conservation in the county,which include such aspects as implementing the target responsibility system,further advancing and implementing the forest supervisor system,focusing on follow-up work relating to Project De-farming and Reforesting Hillside Land,further strengthening qualified forestry personnel development at county and township levels and speeding up link-up and integration of forest-grassland-wetland database and that of the Third National Land Survey.
