创业平台质量及其对大学生创业意愿影响研究——基于幸福感中介效应和创业者个性调节效应的实证分析

摘要 文章在对现有文献进行系统梳理和回顾基础上,构建了创业行为理论模型,通过问卷调查样本,运用结构方程模型,实证研究了创业平台质量和幸福感对高校大学生创业意愿的影响以及创业者个性的调节作用。结果表明,创业平台质量不仅对创业意愿存在直接影响,而且通过幸福感(即主观幸福感和心理幸福感)的中介效应又间接影响高校大学生的创业意愿。更重要的是,在创业平台质量和幸福感对创业意愿的影响关系之间,创业者个性的调节效应不可或缺。 On the basis of systematic combing and review of existing literature,a theoretical model of entrepreneurial behavior was constructed.Through the questionnaire sample,using the structural equation model,this study empirically studied the influence of entrepreneurship platform quality and happiness on college students’ entrepreneurial intention and the moderating effect of entrepreneurs’ personality.The result showed that the quality of entrepreneurship platform not only had a direct impact on entrepreneurial intention but also indirectly affected the entrepreneurial intention of college students through the mediating effect of happiness(subjective happiness and psychological happiness).Moreover,the moderating effect of entrepreneurs’ personality was indispensable in the relationship between the quality of the entrepreneurial platform and the impact of happiness on entrepreneurial intention.
