摘要
随着供电质量要求不断提高,单独采用继电保护或者纯馈线自动化来保护线路在应用中都有一定的局限性。根据湖北配电网不同供电区域和网架结构入手,以线路可靠运行、减少停电时间及缩小停电范围为目的,提出了继电保护与馈线自动化相结合的保护配置方案,即主干线分段开关采用馈线自动化模式,保护实现故障快速就近切除,馈线自动化实现精准隔离与非故障区段供电恢复。
With the continuous improvement of power supply quality requirements,there appear certain limitations in the application of relay protection alone or pure feeder automation to protect lines.This paper starts from different power supply areas and grid structure of Hubei distribution network,and takes reliable line operation,reduction of power outage time and narrowing the scope of outage as the purpose to propose a protection configuration scheme combining relay protection and feeder automation.In other words,the segmented switch of main line uses feeder automation mode for protection to realize quick and nearby fault removal,and feeder automation achieves accurate isolation and power supply recovery in non-fault areas.
