摘要
以变电设备火灾事故为背景,分析了在运特高压变电站消防设施的构成与功能原理,针对现有设施的局限性和不足,提出了消防能力提升的方向。从增加灭火介质容量、升级改造泡沫消防控制系统、新增变压器应急排油装置和增设大容量消防车等4个方面提出了变电站综合消防能力的具体提升措施,为提升现有及未来将建变电站消防能力提供了技术指导。
Based on the fire accident of substation equipment,this paper analyzes the composition and function principle of fire protection facilities in the UHV substations in operation.Then,the paper aims at the limitation and deficiency of existing facilities to put forward the direction of improving fire fighting ability.Finally,the paper proposes the concrete measures to improve the comprehensive fire fighting ability of substation from four aspects:increasing the capacity of fire extinguishing medium,upgrading foam fire control system,adding transformer emergency oil discharge devices and adding large capacity fire trucks.It provides technical guidance for improving the existing and future substation fire control capacity.
