Speed up the Construction of Performance Management System that Adapts to the Laws of Rural Industry Revitalization

为加快构建适应乡村产业振兴规律的绩效管理体系,分析了现行乡村产业振兴规律的绩效管理体系特征,总结乡村产业振兴的绩效管理体系实施存在的问题,并提出构架跨任期、长效化、合理化等相关考核绩效管理体系,以期适应乡村产业振兴规律,真正实现“产业兴旺”的目标。

In order to speed up the construction of the performance management system to adapt to the law of rural industry revitalization, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the current performance management system of rural industry revitalization, summarizes the problems in the implementation of the performance management system of rural industry revitalization, and puts forward the construction of cross term of service, long-term and rationalized performance evaluation management system, in order to adapt to the law of rural industry revitalization and realize the goal of ’ndustrial prosperity’.
