摘要
为治理高浓度粉尘,将综采面粉尘防治技术分为减尘和降尘两部分进行了分析,对2种思路应用中的优点及可能存在的问题进行了阐述。结合综采工作面实际提出了以高压喷雾为基础的负压二次降尘技术治理采煤机滚筒割煤产尘和支架移架产尘,并以全断面水幕帘作为辅助净化手段。应用效果表明,在采煤机司机处降尘效率达到了85%,在回风巷水幕帘后方3 m处降尘效率接近90%。
In order to control high concentration dust,the dust prevention and control technology of fully mechanized mining face is divided into dust reduction and dust reduction,and the advantages and possible problems in the application of the two ideas are expounded.Combined with the practice of fully mechanized mining face,the negative pressure secondary dust removal technology based on high pressure spray is put forward to control the coal dust produced by shearer drum cutting and support shifting,and the full section water curtain is used as auxiliary purification means.The application results show that the dust removal efficiency of the shearer driver reaches 85%,and the dust removal efficiency of 3m behind the water curtain of the return air lane is close to 90%.The research results have guiding significance for dust control in other coal mining face with similar conditions.
