摘要
针对玉溪煤矿3号煤层煤层瓦斯含量高的问题,提出布置底抽巷进行煤层瓦斯抽采。以1301工作面为试验工作面,底抽巷布置在工作面下方10 m的粉砂岩层内,与运输巷水平间距为10 m,穿层钻孔需穿透3号煤层并进入顶板砂质泥岩约0.5 m。每组布置9个抽采钻孔,抽采钻孔的终孔间距设计为5 m,每组钻孔可对3号煤层40 m宽度进行抽采,穿层钻孔的组间距也设计为5 m,最终穿层钻孔呈5 m×5 m的均匀网格状。通过对穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采量及煤层残余瓦斯含量进行现场检测,结果表明:抽采效果良好,完全达到瓦斯抽采标准,可满足矿方的安全生产要求。
Aiming at the problem of high gas content in the No.3 coal seam of Yuxi Coal Mine,it is proposed to arrange the bottom drainage roadway for coal seam gas drainage.Taking 1301 working face as the test working face,the bottom extraction roadway is arranged in the siltstone layer 10m below the working face,and the horizontal distance from the transportation roadway is 10m.The through-bed drilling needs to penetrate the No.3 coal seam and enter the roof sandy mudstone about 0.5m.Each group is arranged with 9 drainage holes,the final hole spacing of the drainage holes is designed to be m,each set of drilling holes can be used for drainage of the No.3 coal seam with a width of40m,and the group spacing of cross-layer drilling is also designed to be 5m.The through-layer drilling is a uniform grid of 5m×5m.Through on-site detection of gas drainage volume and coal seam residual gas content through boreholes,the results show that,the drainage effect is good,fully meet the gas drainage standards,and can meet the safety production requirements of the mine.
