液压支架拆装集成平台的研制与试验

摘要 综采工作面液压支架数量一般有上百架之多,随着未来矿井的发展,支架的数量更多、重量更大,液压支架井下的解体和组装已经成为制约采煤工作面接续的重要因素。结合国内煤矿三机安撤工艺,研制一套用于井下液压支架拆除和装配的的集成平台,其自身便于井下运输和铺设,解决工人近距离操作的安全性问题,提高支架拆解(装配)效率。 The number of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face is generally more than one hundred.With the development of future mines,the number of hydraulicsupport is more and the weight is larger.The disintegration and assembly of hydraulic support underground has become an important factor restricting the connection of coal mining face.Combined with the domestic coal mine three machine installation and removal process,a set of integrated platform for the demolition and assembly of underground hydraulic support is developed,which is convenient for underground transportation and laying,solves the safety problem of workers in close operation,and improves the disassembly and assemblyefficiency of support.
