古城煤矿运输巷带式输送机智能驱动研究 被引量:2

摘要 古城矿东翼运输巷内布置的带式输送机具有运量大、功率高等特点,采用传统的异步电机+液力耦合器+减速器+联轴器组合驱动方式,存在传动效率低、能耗高、维修困难以及保养费用高等问题,难以满足矿井煤炭高效运输需求。在分析传统驱动方式与智能永磁直驱方式优缺点基础上,提出采用智能永磁直驱系统对东翼运输巷带式输送机进行改造,并对智能永磁直驱结构、工作原理、性能以及应用效果等进行阐述。现场应用后,智能永磁直驱可降低东翼运输巷带式输送机能耗以及后续日常维护工作量,而且可提升带式输送机运输效率以及安全保障能力,表现出具有显著的技术优势。 The belt conveyor arranged in the east wing transportation lane of Gucheng Mine has the characteristics of large capacity and high power.It adopts the traditional asynchronous motor+hydraulic coupling+reducer+coupling combination drive mode,which has low transmission efficiency,Problems such as high energy consumption,difficult maintenance,and high maintenance costs make it difficult to meet the demand for efficient coal transportation in mines.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional driving method and the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive method,it is proposed to use the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system to transform the belt conveyor of the east wing transportation lane,and the structure,working principle and performance of the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive As well as the application effects,etc.to explain.After field application,the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive can reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor in the east wing transportation lane and the subsequent daily maintenance workload,and can improve the transportation efficiency and safety guarantee ability of the belt conveyor,showing significant technical advantages.
