摘要 为解决常村煤矿23061综采工作面喷雾降尘系统降尘效果差、粉尘浓度超标问题,通过分析当前喷雾降尘系统存在的不足,提出采煤机辅助喷雾降尘装置及液压支架喷雾助力装置的优化改造方案,并通过数值模拟技术确定采煤机辅助喷雾降尘装置的喷雾压力及液压支架喷雾助力装置的气动压力,经现场应用结果表明:优化后的喷雾降尘系统降尘率在85%以上,粉尘浓度达到了生产标准要求,工作面作业环境得到了明显改善。 In order to solve the problems of poor dust removal effect and excessive dust concentration of spray dust removal system in 23061fully-mechanized coal face of Changcun Coal Mine,through analyzing the shortcomings of the current spray dust removal system,the optimized transformation scheme of shears auxiliary spray dust removal device and hydraulic support spray power device is proposed.And determined by numerical simulation technology of coal winning machine auxiliary spray dust device spray pressure and pneumatic pressure of the hydraulic support spray power device,the field application results show that the optimized spray dust system dust rate over 85%,dust concentration to achieve production standards,working face significantly improved the working environment.
