新发展阶段乡村新闻官助力乡村振兴的理论与实践研究——以广东省清远市为例的分析

Research on the Rural Press Officer System in the New Development Stage to Help the Rural Revitalization——Based on Maletzke model analysis

在新发展阶段,实现农业农村现代化至关重要。乡村新闻官制度是清远市为打破城乡信息壁垒、积极宣传清远形象、传播先进思想文化、助农惠农利农而设置的开创性惠民工程,对于推进乡村振兴意义重大。本文从清远市乡村新闻官制度的现实情况入手,基于马莱茨克模式系统分析乡村新闻官实行“三传一助”的运行过程,明晰其中存在的优势和不足,进而思考其相应的路径选择,以期能更好地助力乡村振兴。

In the new development stage,the realization of agricultural and rural modernization is very important.The rural press officer system is a pioneering project set up by Qingyuan city to break the information barriers between urban and rural areas,actively publicize the image of Qingyuan,spread advanced ideology and culture,and help and benefit farmers,which is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization.Based on the theory and reality of qingyuan’s rural news officer system,this paper systematically analyzes the operation process of“three communication and one assistance”of the rural news officer based on Maletzke model,makes clear the advantages and disadvantages of the existing advantages and disadvantages,and then thinks about the corresponding path selection,in order to better help the rural revitalization.
