摘要
机构改革与图书馆的转型致使高校图书馆业务外包服务呈现新特点。文章以北京第二外国语学院图书馆为例,介绍其在转型过程中为打破业务外包服务面临的困境,建立了一套包括日巡、周报、月检、学期末综合检查以及合同期全面评定等的外包管理措施,不仅满足了学校审计部门对外包服务工作的监管要求,而且提升了图书馆服务水平和服务质量。
With the reform of institutions and the transformation of libraries,the outsourcing service of university libraries presents many new characteristics.This paper analyzes the predicament of the outsourcing service in the transformation process of Beijing International Studies University Library.To improve these predicaments,the library of Beijing International Studies University summarized the experience from the actual work,and established a set of comprehensive outsourcing management mechanism,such as daily patrol,weekly report,monthly inspection,comprehensive inspection at the end of semester and comprehensive evaluation during the contract period.Through these standardized management,it meets the supervision requirements of audit department on outsourcing service work,and improves the service and quality of library.The library has successfully realized the transformation.
