警察枪械教学与训练中的思政元素研究

Study on Ideological and Political Elements in Police Firearms Teaching and Training

开展课程思政教育是高校教育改革的根本任务,是警察教育训练的立根之本,是实现警察院校教育培养目标的重要途径。贯彻“三全”教育方针,实现“立德树人”“育警铸魂”的教育理念,是枪械课程思政教学改革的主导方向。通过对警察院校枪械课程教学目标、教学管理过程和技术教学等环节的深入分析,结合思政教育在培养理想信念、价值塑造、道德品质和职业素养等方面的重要作用,提出将思政元素融入课程目标、教学管理和技术教学整个教学过程的具体措施,给枪械课程思政教育改革和实施提供一定的借鉴。

Carrying out ideological and political education via courses is a fundamental task in the education reform of universities and colleges, the basis for police education and training, as well as an important way to realize the education and training goal of police universities and colleges. To implement the "three all-round " educational policy and realize the educational concept of "building up a person by virtue" and "raising the soul of police " is the leading direction in the teaching reform on ideological and political education via the firearms course. After an in-depth analysis of the teaching objectives, teaching management process and skill teaching of firearms course in police universities and colleges, this paper discusses the important role of ideological and political education in cultivating ideals and beliefs, shaping values,and improving moral and professional qualities, and then puts forward specific measures to integrate ideological and political elements into the course objectives, teaching management and the whole teaching process of skill teaching, with the intention to provide reference for the reform and implementation of ideological and political education in the firearms course.
