摘要
目的探讨多模型自适应性迭代重建(ASIR-V)结合噪声指数在冠状动脉成像(CCTA)中的应用价值。方法选取行CCTA扫描101例患者分为2组,观察组采用ASIR-V重建,权重值为80%,NI设为27;对照组采用FBP重建,NI设为22;2组分别测量主动脉根部、右冠状动脉(RCA)、左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)及左回旋值(LCX)CT值及噪声,计算信噪比及对比信噪比;并分别计算2组CTDI vol、DLP、ED。结果2组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组图像噪声、SNR、CNR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ASIR-V联合NI组噪声降低约34%,SNR、CNR分别提高约50%左右;2组图像主观质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步比较,观察组对冠状动脉节段重建细腻度、边缘锐利度较好,主观评分高;2组图像CTDI vol、DLP、ED、有效毫安差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组ED降低约39%。结论多模型自适应性迭代重建(ASIR-V80%)联合噪声指数(NI27)不仅能有效降低图像辐射剂量,还能提高图像质量。
Objective To evaluate the application value of adaptive iterative reconstruction Veo combined with noise index in coronary CT imaging with free heart rate.Methods We prospectively collected 101 patients who planned to undergo CCTA.They were scan were divided into 2 groups:the observation group using ASIR-V,ASIR-V weight ratio was set 80%,NI was set to 27;the control group using FBP reconstruction,NI was set to 22.The 2 groups were respectively measured the aortic root,right coronary artery(RCA),left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)and left circumflex(LCX)CT value and noise.We calculated signal-to-noise ratio and contrast signal-to-noise ratio;and calculated 2 groups of CTDI vol,DLP,ED respectively.Results There was no statistically significant difference in general information between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the difference in image noise,SNR,and CNR between the two roups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the noise of the ASIR-V combined with NI group was reduced by about 34%,and the SNR and CNR increased by about 50%respectively;the difference in subjective image quality scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).By further pairwise comparisons,the observation group group had better reconstruction of coronary segments,better edge sharpness,and high subjective score;the two groups of images had statistically significant differences in CTDI vol,DLP,ED,and effective mA(P<0.05),in which the ED of the ASIR-V combined with NI group was reduced by about 39%.Conclusion Adaptive iterative reconstruction Veo combined with noise index can not only effectively reduce image radiation dose,but also improve image quality.
