摘要
目的了解湖南省某三甲专科医院新入职护士转型冲击的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选择2020年6月-2021年1月湖南省某三甲专科医院186名新入职护士作为调查对象,采用新护士转型冲击量表、自我职业生涯管理问卷以及护士职业认同量表对其进行横断面调查。结果湖南省某三甲医院新入职护士转型冲击量表得分为(110.36±13.62),得分率为81.75%,多元线性回归分析结果显示,新入职护士文化程度、工作时间、职业生涯管理水平以及职业认同水平是其转型冲击的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.694,_(Δ)R^(2)=0.617,F=16.252,P<0.001)。结论湖南省某三甲医院新入职护士转型冲击处于较高水平,且受多种因素影响,应引起护理管理者的重视,给予其个体化干预,降低新入职护士的转型冲击水平。
Objective To explore the transition shock of the new-recruited nurses in a grade-A class-three children′s hospital of Hunan Province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 186 newly recruited nurses between June 2020 and January 2021 in a grade-A class-three children′s hospital were selected and a cross-sectional survey was conducted using the new nurse transformation impact scale(NMTIS),the self-career management questionnaire,and the nurse′s occupational identity scale.Results The NMTIS score was 110.36±13.62,with a scoring rate of 81.75%.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level,years of working,career management level and professional identity were the independent factor of the transition shock(R^(2)=0.694,_(Δ)R^(2)=0.617,F=16.252,P<0.001).Conclusion The transition shock of the newly recruited nurses is at a relatively high level and affected by many factors.Nursing managers should pay attention to them and give them individualized intervention to lower the shock.
