70例卵巢癌患者治疗期间外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets Measured During Treatment in 70 Ovarian Cancer Patients

目的探讨卵巢癌治疗期间外周血T淋巴细胞亚群测定的临床意义。方法收集初诊卵巢癌患者70例,晨抽取患者空腹血液5 ml,检测各项数据,将数据均导入SPSS数据库,分析CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、白细胞、碱性磷酸酶、C反应蛋白等数值。结果治疗前早中期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)与晚期(Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期)卵巢癌患者血CA125比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗不同时期外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、白细胞数量以及CA125数值对比,各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗前期CD4/CD8比值与治疗中、后期比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);疗效差和复发患者免疫淋巴细胞下降例数占76.32%,统计学上亦存在差异(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢癌治疗后期、疗效差者或复发患者可适当加予免疫支持治疗。

Objective To study the cinical significance of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets measured during treatment.Methods 70 primary ovarian cancer patients,5ml of fasting blood was collected in the morning,the patient data were imported into SPSS database,and the values of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,leukocytes,alkaline phosphatase and C reactive protein were analyzed.Results Blood CA125 in patients with early metaphase(Ⅰ,Ⅱstage)and later period(Ⅲ,Ⅳstage)had statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Values of CD3,CD4,CD8 and leukocytes,CA125 in peripheral blood during different periods of treatment,Statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05),There were statistical differences between the early stage and later stages of CD4/CD8(P<0.05);The number of immune lymphocyte decline cases in patients with poor efficacy and recurrence was 76.32%,There was also statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunotherapy can proper chance to ovarian cancer patients with advanced stage,bad efficacy or recurrence.
