摘要
天然非金属矿物主要由硅酸盐矿物组成,有层状、孔状和纤维状等不同结构,具有良好的吸附性、胶体性、离子交换性等理化特性,应用于饲料中能提高动物生产性能、保护肠道、改善产品品质,并在抑制病原微生物、减少耐药基因传播和修复土壤等方面具有潜在的应用前景。本文简介了凹凸棒石、沸石、蒙脱石等非金属矿物的特性,重点综述了非金属矿物在饲料中的应用研究进展,探讨了非金属矿物的前沿研究进展并展望了其在饲料中的应用前景,为非金属矿物在饲料中的合理应用及健康养殖提供参考和思路。
Natural non-metallic minerals are mainly composed of silicate minerals with natural nanoscale layered,porous or fibrous structures,and possess multiple physical and chemical characteristics,such as favorable adsorption capacity,colloidal property,and ion exchange ability.Natural non-metallic mineral could promote growth performance,protect intestinal health,and improve the quality of products when supplemented into animal feed.Moreover,the administration of non-metallic mineral has potentials to inhibit the pathogenic microorganisms,reduce the transmission of drug resistance genes,and remediate the soil.In this paper,the properties of several non-metallic minerals were introduced,including palygorskite,zeolite and montmorillonite.Meanwhile,the application progresses of dietary non-metallic mineral were emphatically reviewed,and its research frontiers and development prospects in feed were discussed.This review would provide references and insights for the application of dietary non-metallic minerals and health husbandry.
