江苏省节能环保领域专利转移现状分析

基于incopat专利数据库,首次对2017至2021年江苏省节能环保领域专利转移情况进行统计分析,并采用可视化界面的方式进行定性定量分析。重点对专利转移技术领域、专利转移重点企业进行归纳总结,结合数据分析和归纳客观提出目前江苏省节能环保领域专利转移方面存在的问题,并针对问题提出了政策建议,对促进江苏省内节能环保领域技术发展具有重要实践意义。

Based on the incopat patent database,this is the first time to statistical analysis the patent transfer situation in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection in Jiangsu Province from 2017 to 2021,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by means of a visual interface.Focusing on summarizing the patent transfer technology field and key patent transfer enterprises,combining data analysis and summarization,it objectively puts forward the problems existing in the patent transfer in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection in Jiangsu Province,and puts forward policy suggestions in response to the problems,which are helpful for promoting energy conservation and environmental protection in Jiangsu Province.
