摘要
血脑屏障的阻碍使许多药物及生物分子难以进入中枢神经系统,为中枢神经系统疾病的诊疗带来了巨大的困难。随着纳米技术的发展,新兴的黑磷纳米材料为脑靶向药物运输创造了新的平台。黑磷纳米材料具有出色的光学吸收能力、高效的药物负载率、良好的生物相容性及无毒的生物降解性,为其作为脑靶向药物运输载体提供了优势。本文主要围绕黑磷基纳米材料如何穿过血脑屏障及其作为药物载体在中枢神经系统疾病中的应用进行了综述,并进一步提出了其当前面临的挑战,旨在为新一代黑磷基脑靶向纳米载体的开发提供参考依据。
The existence of blood-brain barrier makes it difficult for many drugs and biomolecules to enter the central nervous system,which brings huge difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases.With the development of nanotechnology,emerging nano-black phosphorus materials have created a new platform for brain-targeted drug delivery.Black phosphorus nanomaterials have excellent optical absorption capacity,high efficient drug delivery rate,good biocompatibility,and non-toxic biodegradability,which provide it favorable conditions as a kind of new brain-targeted drug delivery carrier.This article mainly focuses on how black phosphorus-based nanomaterials cross the blood-brain barrier and their applications as drug carriers in central nervous system disease therapy,aiming to provide a reference for the development of a new generation of black phosphorus-based brain-targeted nanocarrier.
