摘要
针对北京大兴国际机场超大规模不规则自由曲面工程,采用三维激光扫描法及全站仪三维坐标测球面四点法进行数据采集,结合GeomagicControlX及Surfer16等三维建模和地学分析软件实现了异形钢结构复杂三维变形的可视化分析。确保了工程施工过程的安全,有效指导了相关工序的施工,同时也验证了复杂钢结构卸载理论受力和预计变形的正确性。最后通过三维变形监测的结果与设计模型对比分析,指出航站楼钢结构屋面网架的预起拱深化设计还可在今后类似工程中进行进一步优化。
For the super large-scale irregular free-form surface project of Beijing Daxing International Airport,the three-dimensional laser scanning method and the total station three-dimensional coordinate spherical four-point method were used for data acquisition.Combined with three-dimensional modeling and geological analysis software such as Geomagic control X and Surfer16,the visual analysis of complex three-dimensional deformation of deformed steel structure was realized.It not only ensured the safety of the project construction process,effectively guided the construction of relevant processes,but also verified the correctness of the unloading theoretical stress and predicted deformation of complex steel structure.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the results of three-dimensional deformation monitoring and the design model,it was pointed out that the deepening design of pre camber of steel structure roof grid of terminal building could be further optimized in similar projects in the future.
