摘要 城市化的快速发展使得城市(管理)部件和事件数量激增,给城市管理带来了巨大的压力。当前部件和事件的管理模式忽略了其间的关联性,不利于联动管理与快速响应。本文针对此问题提出城市部件和事件的关联模型,在此基础上基于全球剖分网格(GeoSOT)设计了城市部件和事件的唯一编码。最后经实验验证,该模型与编码可用于支持城市部件和事件的精细化管理。 The amount of urban components and events have arose up due to the rapidly urbanization,and brought increasing pressure to urban management.The current management mode of components and events ignores the correlation between them,which is not conducive to linkage management and rapid response.To address these issues,a relation model of urban components and events was proposed.Based on GeoSOT,the unique coding of urban components and events was designed,and the quantitative calculation method of association relationship was constructed.Finally,the experimental verification was carried out.The proposed model and algorithm can be used to support fine management of urban components and events.On this basis,a unique identification code of urban components and events based on GeoSOT grid was designed.And the experimental verification was carried out.It was proven that the proposed model and identification code could be used to support fine management of urban components and events.
