中药灌肠、雷火灸联合旋振治疗对慢性盆腔炎的应用价值

Application value of TCM enema and thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rotational vibration in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析中药灌肠、雷火灸联合旋振治疗在慢性盆腔炎中的应用价值。方法将100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分组,对照组给予雷火灸联合永磁旋振治疗仪治疗,观察组给予中药灌肠、雷火灸联合旋振治疗,比较两组治疗情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组输卵管积水、盆腔积液数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月内,观察组疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎患者中合理应用中药灌肠、雷火灸联合旋振治疗,可以改善其输卵管积水、盆腔积液等临床症状,降低疾病复发率,临床治疗总有效率较高。

Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)enema,thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rotational vibration in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rotating vibration instrument with permanent magnet.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema and thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rotating vibration therapy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of hydrosalpinx and pelvic effusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Within 6months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM enema and thunder-fire moxibustion combined with rotational vibration in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can mitigate the clinical symptoms such as hydrosalpinx and pelvic effusion,with decreased recurrence of disease and good clinical treatment efficiency.
