局限空间中的废旧建筑再生设计策略——以意大利那不勒斯火车站新服务中心设计为例

Regeneration Design Strategy of Abandoned Building in Confined Space: Design of New Service Center of Naples Railway Station

城市中废旧建筑的再利用是未来城市综合发展的一个重要内容。以意大利那不勒斯的旧工厂改造项目为例,分析解读了其再生设计中运用漫步内街、垂直花园、横纵联动、口袋单元和补新修旧五种模式解决建筑存在的困境和功能诉求。基于此设计实践,该文提出局限空间中建筑再生设计的策略启示:城市接口的介入、内在风景的营造、模糊边界的组织。针对局限空间中废旧建筑的再生设计是对城市更新方法的实验性探索,也是对现代化城市与老旧建筑复杂关系的解读,以期能对今后相关领域的研究或设计工作提供参考。

The reuse of abandoned buildings in cities is an important part of the comprehensive development of cities in the future.Taking the renovation project of an old factory in Naples,Italy as an example,we analyze and interpret five patterns in its regeneration design,including inner street,vertical garden,horizontal and vertical linkage,pocket unit and renovation of the old,so as to solve the dilemmas and functional demands of the building.Based on this design practice,we put forward five strategic inspirations for building regeneration design in confined space:the intervention of urban interface,the creation of internal scenery,and the organization of fuzzy boundary.Aiming at the regeneration design of abandoned buildings in confined space is an experimental exploration of urban regeneration methods,and also is an interpretation of the complex relationship between modern cities and abandoned buildings,we hope to provide reference for future research or design work in related fields.
