摘要
在智能电网中,一些监测节点只能使用电池供电,低功耗成为电路最重要的特性。本文介绍了一种基于标准55nm CMOS工艺的电力专用芯片的超低功耗电压基准源电路。该电路利用亚阈值MOS管的温度特性,不使用电阻等额外器件,具有低功耗、低温漂、面积小的特点。
In the smart grid,some monitoring nodes can only be powered by batteries,and low power consumption becomes the most important characteristic of the circuit.This article introduces an ultra-low-power voltage reference circuit based on a standard 55nm CMOS process for power-specific chips.The circuit utilizes the temperature characteristics of subthreshold MOS transistors,does not use additional components such as resistors,and has the characteristics of low power consumption,low temperature drift,and small area.
