摘要
目前的大多尺度孔隙皮革游离甲醛含量测定研究对于甲醛的回收力度较小,皮革内部甲醛含量无法得到释放,导致最终测定的甲醛含量偏低,无法满足测定需求。据此,提出一种大多尺度孔隙皮革游离甲醛含量测定的新方法。选用萃取方法进行甲醛含量的测定,改变萃取条件,分析不同萃取条件对甲醛含量测定的影响,获得最佳萃取条件。实验结果表明,萃取的最佳条件为:萃取温度为95℃,萃取时间为30d。
The current researches on the determination of free formaldehyde content in most pore leathers are less effective in the recovery of formaldehyde,and the internal formaldehyde content of the leather cannot be released,resulting in the final measured formaldehyde content being low and unable to meet the measurement requirements.Based on this,a new method for the determination of free formaldehyde content in porous leather at most scales is proposed.The extraction method is selected for the determination of formaldehyde content,the extraction conditions are changed,and the influence of different extraction conditions on the determination of formaldehyde content is analyzed to obtain the best extraction conditions.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for extraction are:the extraction temperature is 95℃,and the extraction time is 30 days.
