LC-MS/MS study of the effect of hair bleaching on the content of flunitrazepam and its metabolites in hair

摘要 目的通过头发中氟硝西泮和7-氨基氟硝西泮的LC-MS/MS定性定量分析方法,研究漂发处理对头发中氟硝西泮和7-氨基氟硝西泮含量的影响。方法阳性样本被分为未处理组和处理组,经研磨甲醇超声萃取后,采用LC-MS/MS检测,分析头发样本经漂发前后氟硝西泮和7-氨基氟硝西泮的含量变化。结果经漂发处理后,氟硝西泮有73.3%增加的范围在50%以内。而7-氨基氟硝西泮有76.6%增加的范围大于50%。结论漂发明显影响头发中氟硝西泮和7-氨基氟硝西泮的含量,在检测头发中氟硝西泮及其代谢物的含量时,应考虑漂发的影响。 Objective The effects of bleaching treatment on the contents of flunitrazepam and 7-aminoflunitrazepam in hair were studied by LC-MS/MS qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Methods The positive samples were divided into untreated group and treated group.After grinding and ultrasonic extraction with methanol,they were detected by LC-MS/MS to analyze the changes in the content of flunitrazepam and 7-aminoflunitrazepam before and after bleaching the hair samples.Results After hair bleaching,the increase of flunitrazepam was 73.3%,and the range of increase was within 50%.However,76.6% of 7-aminoflunazepam increased more than 50%.ConclusionThe content of flunitrazepam and 7-amino-flunitrazepam in hair was significantly affected by hair bleaching.The effect of hair bleaching should be considered when detecting the content of flunitrazepam and its metabolites in hair.
