摘要
目的:研究椎体压缩骨折良恶性鉴别中DWI与CT的应用。方法:对52例健康者、46例良性骨折患者、64例恶性骨折患者,分析磁共振DWI与CT影像资料。结果:良性组、恶性组DWI信号表现构成比与正常组比较均升高(P<0.05);与正常组比较,良性组、恶性组ADC值均升高(P<0.05),与良性组比较,恶性组ADC值均降低(P<0.05)。与良性诊断准确率95.65%比较,CT诊断恶性准确率65.63%降低(P<0.05)。联合诊断椎体压缩骨折良恶性的特异度与准确度均高于单独诊断。结论:磁共振DWI成像技术、CT在良恶性椎体压缩骨折诊断中具有较高价值。
Objective:To study the application of DWI and CT in the differentiation of benign and malignant vertebral compression fractures.Methods:the data of magnetic resonance DWI and CT were analyzed in 52 healthy subjects,46 patients with benign fractures and 64 patients with malignant fractures.Results:the constituent ratio of DWI signal in benign group and malignant group was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05);Compared with the normal group,the ADC value of benign group and malignant group increased(P<0.05),and the ADC value of malignant group decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the accuracy of benign diagnosis of 95.65%,the accuracy of CT diagnosis of malignant decreased by 65.63%(P<0.05).The specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis of benign and malignant vertebral compression fractures were higher than those of single diagnosis.Conclusion:magnetic resonance DWI and CT have high value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant vertebral compression fractures.
