摘要
目的:探究快速血糖仪静脉微量法与全自动生化分析仪在糖尿病患者血糖监测中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的糖尿病患者275例,分别采用快速血糖仪静脉微量法(A组)与全自动生化分析仪(B组)进行血糖监测。观察并比较两组血糖水平、结果耗时、取血量及进针深度。结果:两组3餐前、餐后2h血糖对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组结果耗时比B组短,取血量比B组少,进针深度比B组浅,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的血糖监测中使用快速血糖仪静脉微量法与全自动生化分析仪的应用效果均示良好,但快速血糖仪静脉微量法取血量更少、结果耗时更短,更有利于患者血糖的长期监测。
Objective:To explore the application effect of venous fast traceblood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer in blood glucose monitoring of diabetic patients.Methods:275 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects between January 2019 and December 2020.Patients receiving blood glucose monitoring with a venous fast trace blood glucose meter were included in group A,while those receiving blood glucose monitoring with an automatic biochemical analyzer were included in group B.Blood glucose levels,result time,collected blood volume and puncture depth were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in blood glucose before meals and 2 hours after meals between the two groups(P>0.05).The result time of group A was shorter than that of group B,the collected blood volume was less than that of group B,and the puncture depth was smaller than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In blood glucose monitoring of diabetic patients,both venous fast trace blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer can obtain good application effects,but the former needs less blood and shorter result time,which is more conducive to long-term blood glucose monitoring.
