Current Status of Radiological Protection of the Accompanied by CT Examination in the Three Gorges Central Hospital to Chongqing University

目的:调查重庆地区CT检查陪检者放射防护现状。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月248名重庆地区三峡医院CT检查陪检者,随机数字表法分组,对照组行常规护理指导,观察组实施加强护理指导,观察陪检者放射防护现状,分析不同干预策略对陪检者放射防护的影响。结果:CT检查陪检者安全佩戴防护用品、放射防护认知不足,干预后观察组陪检者防护用品使用、陪检者放射防护认知及干预满意度均高于对照组,所受照射剂量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重庆地区CT检查陪检者放射防护认知不足,防护措施不到位,而加强护理指导有助于提高认知水平,增强自我保护意识,做到科学防护,以减少个人所受辐射剂量。

Objective:To investigate the current status of radiation protection of CT scan companions in Chongqing area.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,248 CT examination escorts from the Three Gorges Hospital in Chongqing were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine nursing guidance,the observation group received enhanced nursing guidance,and the radiation protection of the escorts were observed.The status quo,and the influence of different intervention strategies on the radiation protection of the accompanying examiners were analyzed.Results:The accompaniers of CT examinations were safe wearing protective equipment and had insufficient awareness of radiation protection.After the intervention,the use of protective equipment,the cognition of radiation protection and the intervention satisfaction of the accomplices in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the exposure dose was lower.in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The radiological protection cognition and protective measures are not in place in the CT examination companions in Chongqing area.Strengthening nursing guidance can help to improve the cognitive level,enhance self-protection awareness,and achieve scientific protection to reduce the radiation dose received by individuals.
