MRI联合彩超诊断膝骨性关节炎患者术后肌间血栓的价值

Value of MRI combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of postoperative intermuscular thrombosis in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:探究MRI联合彩超诊断膝骨性关节炎患者术后肌间血栓的价值。方法:以84例患者为研究对象,均行MRI和超声检查,回顾影像学资料。结果:MRI检查结果显示肌间静脉急性期血栓31例,慢性期血栓29例,亚急性期血栓18例。MRI诊断敏感度92.38%、准确率94.17%、特异性94.46%略高于超声检查,敏感性P<0.05,准确率和特异性P>0.05。结论:MRI可准确评估膝骨性关节炎急慢性分期,诊断灵敏度和准确度较高,对血栓病情早期诊出和病情分级提供帮助。

Objective:To explore the value of MRI combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of postoperative intermuscular thrombosis in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:84 patients were examined by MRI and ultrasound,and the imaging data were reviewed.Results:MRI showed 31 cases of acute thrombosis,29 cases of chronic thrombosis and 18 cases of subacute thrombosis.The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of MRI were 92.38%,94.17%and 94.46%,which were slightly higher than those of ultrasound.The sensitivity was P<0.05,and the accuracy and specificity were P>0.05.Conclusion:MRI can accurately evaluate the acute and chronic stages of knee osteoarthritis,with high diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy.It can provide help for the early diagnosis and grading of thrombosis.
