摘要
基于扫描探针显微镜的针尖增强拉曼光谱(TERS)经过20多年的发展,已经被科学家们广泛应用。TERS系统组成简单,根据激光照射方式,可分为透射式和反射式两类。拉曼激光照射金银探针而产生的高度局域的增强电磁场有效激发了样品的拉曼信号。根据科学家实际应用需求,基于系统组成和增强机制,从系统硬件、软件多个角度出发,合理优化一套适合自己科研的TERS系统非常有必要。
Tip enhanced Raman spectroscopy(TERS)based on Scanning Probe Microscopy has been widely used by scientists for more than 20 years.The configuration of TERS system is simple,which is usually classified to transmission type and reflection type by the laser illumination.The highly localized enhanced electromagnetic field generated by Raman laser irradiating the gold or silver tip apex effectively excites the Raman signal of the sample surface.According to the applications,based on the system composition and enhancement mechanism,it is very necessary to optimize a set of TERS system properly for their own scientific research from the viewof hardware and software based on the configurations and enhancement mechanism of TERS system.
