为了有效支撑互联网电视日常运维,支撑客服人员快速拦截故障投诉,需要对故障进行定位定界,充分利用软硬探针采集告警信息,关联综资数据进行聚类分析,产生预告警信息预判。结合硬探针拉流部署二次验证预告警信息,进行定位定界,运维系统最终生成告警工单,派发维护人员。

In order to effectively support the daily operation and maintenance of Internet TV and support the customer service personnel to intercept the fault complaints quickly,it is necessary to locate and define the fault,make full use of soft and hard probe to collect alarm information,and cluster analysis is carried out by associating the data of comprehensive assets to generate the pre warning information prediction. Combined with the deployment of hard probe pulling flow,the warning information is verified twice,the positioning and demarcation are carried out,and the operation and maintenance system finally generates the warning work order and dispatches the maintenance personnel.
