基于SolidWorks的连续退火机组布局的研究

为立体呈现密闭空间内的连续退火机组布局,以三维造型软件SolidWorks为工具,通过拉伸特征创建辊系和带钢零件,通过扫描和抽壳特征创建辐射管零件,以带钢为装配基准,以同心配合约束插入辊系,以线性阵列约束插入辐射管构建连续退火机组装配体,并通过介绍机组入口段、清洗段、活套段、加热炉和出口段来阐述退火工艺流程。实践证明,SolidWorks装配体设计具有快速建模优势,在机组展示和员工培训方面有很大应用前景。

In order to present the layout of the continuous annealing unit in the confined space in a three-dimensional way,take the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks as the tool to create the roll system and strip steel parts through the stretching features,create the radiant tube parts through the scanning and shell extraction features,take the strip steel as the assembly benchmark,insert the roll system with concentric fit constraints,and insert the radiant tube with linear array constraints to build the assembly of the continuous annealing unit.The annealing process flow is de-scribed by introducing the inlet section,cleaning section,looper section,heating furnace and outlet section of the unit.Practice has proved that SolidWorks assembly design has the advantage of rapid modeling and has great application prospects in unit display and employee training.
