SWOT analysis of intellectual property information service of university library in the new era:taking Xinjiang Medical University library as an example

信息化时代新的发展趋势必然引领着人类社会的每一次转型。文章以高校知识产权信息服务为背景,以新疆医科大学图书馆为例,运用SWOT分析法分析新时代高校图书馆知识产权信息服务,对当前所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析。提出加强教育重视宣传与推广、加强人才队伍建设、加强互动交流寻找合作伙伴、利用先进技术搭建平台等建议,以期为高校知识产权信息服务的转型提供参考。

The new development trend of the information age will inevitably lead every transformation of human society.This paper takes the intellectual property information service of colleges and universities as the background. Taking the Xinjiang Medical University library as an example, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the intellectual property information services of university libraries in the new era, and the current advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and threats are analyzed, put forward suggestions such as strengthening education, attaching importance to publicity and promotion, strengthening talent team building, strengthening interactive exchanges to find partners, and using advanced technology to build platforms, in order to provide reference for the transformation of intellectual property information services in colleges and universities.
