长三角一体化背景下打造“康养苏州”的思路与对策

The idea and countermeasures of “Healthy Spent Old Life in Suzhou” in the context of the Yangtze River Delta

文章通过调研人口规模、出生率、老龄化、婚育观、工作、生活压力等因素,理解养老模式转变的必然性。调研了国内外知名高端养老企业的运行模式和运行现状,理解高端养老中医养融合的不可或缺,发现目前医养融合存在的问题和可行的解决思路;调研了2015-2021年苏州市关于医养融合各项政策、养老服务建设、养老护理险和苏州市部分中高端养老服务机构运营情况,以了解苏州医养融合各项工作推进情况;调研了长三角一体化战略对医养融合养老产业的影响。基于以上调研结果,最终提出“康养苏州”建设思路。

By investigating the factors such as population size, birth rate, aging, marriage and childbearing concept,work and life pressure, this paper understands the inevitability of the transformation of pension mode. Investigated the operation mode and current situation of well-known high-end elderly care enterprises at home and abroad, understood the indispensability of medical care integration in high-end elderly care, and found the existing problems and feasible solutions of medical care integration at present;investigated the policies, construction of elderly care services, elderly care insurance and the operation of some medium and high-end elderly care service institutions in Suzhou from 2015 to2021, so as to understand the progress of the work of medical care integration in Suzhou. This paper investigates the impact of the integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta on the medical care integrated elderly care industry. Based on the above research results, the construction idea of“Healthy Suzhou”is finally put forward.
